When customers transmit photos of elevator nameplates, defective motherboards, or motor schematics via WhatsApp or our web forms for component identification, such media is utilized strictly for technical cross-referencing and verification. We do not distribute, sell, or publicly display proprietary client equipment schematics.
4. How We Use Your Information
We process personal and technical data for legitimate engineering and commercial purposes, including:
- Fulfilling part orders, verifying compatibility, and delivering spare parts across Sri Lanka.
- Providing prompt quotations and technical answers via Telephone, WhatsApp, and Email.
